1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Actinn Solutions website ("we", "our", or "us") or contracting any of our services—including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Ads (PPC), Web Development, Social Media Marketing, and Graphic Branding—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services & Deliverables

All custom projects and monthly retainers are governed by explicit Statements of Work (SOW) or official proposal agreements. We deliver services according to the timelines and specifications detailed in your project brief:

• Marketing & Search Optimization: SEO algorithms and advertising platform auctions (Google, Meta) fluctuate according to external factors. We employ industry-tested methodologies to maximize rankings and conversion KPIs, but third-party search engine algorithms cannot be unconditionally guaranteed.
• Web Design & Development: Websites are tested for modern browser standards, mobile responsiveness, and page performance prior to final production hand-off.

3. Client Responsibilities & Materials

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary assets, logins (analytics, ad accounts, hostings), and brand creative collateral.
• Ensure that all content, logos, graphics, and trademarks supplied do not infringe on any third-party copyrights.
• Review and provide timely feedback during iterative milestone approvals.

4. Payments, Retainers & Invoicing

Project initiation typically requires a milestone deposit, and monthly recurring marketing retainers are billed in advance of the service cycle unless agreed upon in writing. Late payments beyond agreed credit windows may result in the temporary suspension of active campaigns or development stages.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon settlement of all contracted project invoices, full ownership of custom-developed website source code, visual branding assets, and published creative artwork transfers to the client. Actinn Solutions retains the right to display non-confidential project highlights and case study metrics within our visual portfolio.

6. Limitation of Liability

Actinn Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, social network policy modifications, or external algorithm volatility outside our reasonable control.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jharkhand, India.
